  • Most items are made to order and ship within 2–7 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the continental U.S. usually takes 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

We only accept returns or offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. If something’s wrong, contact us with a photo and order number so we can make it right.

We know it’s important to feel confident in what you’re getting — so we’ve included real photos of our products as they arrive to customers across the U.S.

We begin production shortly after an order is placed, so we’re only able to make changes within the first 12 hours. If you need to update a size, address, or cancel, contact us immediately via our Contact page and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request before production starts.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the issue, and we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

There’s no need to return the defective item – just send us documentation and we’ll handle the rest.

Because each item is custom-made to order, we don’t keep inventory and can’t offer exchanges for size or color. However, we include detailed size charts on all apparel products, and we encourage you to double-check your measurements before ordering.

The designs featured on our products are sourced from murals and street art found throughout San Cristóbal de las Casas, a cultural epicenter in Chiapas, Mexico. This region is home to vibrant Indigenous Maya communities and is known for its revolutionary spirit, including the Zapatista movement.

While the artists are not named individually due to the public nature of these works, the aesthetic and spiritual lineage of the designs are rooted in living Maya traditions.

Every sale fuels the Mystics of the Maya transmedia project: a long-term initiative to bring Maya cosmology, Indigenous science, and animistic storytelling into modern culture. This includes books, graphic novels, films, games, and immersive digital tools – all designed to awaken the Indigenous mind and revive sacred ways of seeing the world.

At the moment, we only ship within the United States.

Because the Maya worldview contains one of the most sophisticated time-science systems, cosmologies, and animistic frameworks the world has ever known.

Mystics of the Maya is our attempt to preserve, reinterpret, and activate that knowledge for the modern era, through storytelling, design, and cultural immersion.
